REGENERATION

In addition to new developments, we have a wealth of experience in the regeneration of existing sites. Taking into account both the physical and social impact of the built environment and the commercial viability, we can assist in all aspects of the development process, from the research and acquisition of a site, though to the planning and construction phase.

SOURCING LAND

Taylor French primarily started as a land sourcing company, finding land opportunities off market, both with and without planning. As a result we have relationships with an extensive network of land owners and agents, in addition to our own in house land specialists.
With our detailed knowledge we can:
identify and uncover off-market site opportunities
promote land for development and work with local communities to bring forward developments
advise on planning processes
problem solve to devise strategies for problematic or stalled sites
We take a proactive role in identifying land opportunities for our joint venture partners, working with them to maximise the development potential. Any size of site for development is considered, from single plots to several acres, whether disused garden land or brownfield redevelopment. We particularly specialise in assembling sites from individual, smaller plots of land.
