Inside a house we cover all furniture and floors with heavy duty dust sheets. i have a look around the room for cracks and holes. I apply easy fill filler to all the area's in the room then to sand down the filler and all wood work around the room. To then apply 2 coats of white matt emullison paint to the ceils. Apply 2 coats of coloured emullison of matt or silk that the customer chooses. Then to apply undercoat and gloss white to all the wood work and doors for that room. If customer would like new wallpaper put up, i would take off the old paper and then apply the new wallpaper for the customer. clean up all area's of the room and vacuum the room. For the outside of the property scarp outside all cracks on the walls and doors. Fill in area's outside windows,frames,sofet boards, facia boards, underboards and front and back doors. apply filler to all area's needed and rub down and apply stabilizer if wanted and apply 2 coats of coloured weather shield to walls, doors and woodwork.
