General information

We are a not for profit organisation offering mediation and conflict resolution services to the residents of Hertfordshire. We focus mainly on neighbour disputes. We offer workplace mediation to small businesses and local organisations. We are currently involved in a scheme training children in local schools to become peer mediators. They will then help other children in the school resolve arguments before they can escalate into more serious situations. We have a team of 35 highly trained volunteers, some with backgrounds in law, counselling and social work. Mediators are impartial and they aim to empower the individuals they are mediating with. We have received lots of positive feedback but are always looking for ways to improve our services. If there are any suggestions or people who would like to know more we would welcome your ideas.
