Just for women is North Hertfordshire's premier ladies only gym, based in Stevenage. We offer a friendly and welcoming service to all our members and are here to help you achieve your goals.

Whatever your age, level of fitness or experience of using gym equipment, you will be amazed at how easy it is to use our specially designed equipment to complete your 30 minute workout and start seeing the results.

We even include the celebrated Harcombe Diet, nutrition and weight management coaching to help you stay healthy even when you aren't working out.

For those who prefer to exercise in group fitness classes, included as part of your membership you have full unlimited access to our parent company Domin8 Fitness classes. You can choose from: Pilates, Combat, Dance, Yoga, Kettlercise, Insanity and Indoor Cycling.

After a hard work out session, everyone needs to relax! This is why we have an in house diner, Gyms Diner, offering a range of healthy food and drink along with a range of indulgent but healthy options specially tailored to ladies!
