General information

Archer Architects is a medium sized practice established in 1993. The practice has steadily grown and has offices in Stevenage and Manchester enabling the practice to take on projects nationally.

The practice prides itself on being very hands on with the Directors working closely with their staff and clients.

The practice aim’s to provide solutions that are appropriate, achievable and sustainable and has a good reputation of delivering projects both to deadline and to budget. The practice also has a history and capability of obtaining planning consent for difficult and contentious sites.

The workload of the practice continues to expand to include a varied and interesting mix of projects including small and large scale residential developments, listed buildings, commercial developments, educational buildings, mixed use and retail developments.

The practice has a substantial client portfolio which ranges from national retailers to small local businesses. They are able to offer clients a comprehensive, yet personal service, from site appraisals to project handover and has had a long and close working relationship with some of the UK’s leading Developers and Contractors.

Alongside the practice, Archers have built up a strong network of Consultants including Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and Planning Consultants. This enables them to offer their clients a team of professionals to ensure project runs smoothly and deliver the desired results.

Archer Architects is a chartered practice registered with the RIBA, ARB and also quality assured under BS ISO 9001:2008.
