Established in 1986, SD Precision Group Ltd is based in North Hertfordshire, and ISO9001 approved. We are an established and experienced high precision small/medium batch and prototype manufacturer providing the following services.

• Fine Limit Sheet metal
• Strip & coil spring manufacture
• Detailed mechanical assembly
• Electro Plating (Anodising & Alocrom)
• Mechanical design support for manufacture

The vast majority of the work we undertake are visible parts, sub-assemblies or finished products, ready for our customers to ship to the market.

Typically, these customers are in Audio, Optical, Formula 1, Pharmaceutical and Scientific lab equipment, intrinsic safety equipment and test equipment.
