Andrew Coulson Property Sales and Lettings incorporating Northumbria and Cumbria have been successfully helping clients to buy and sell since 1989, in the Tyne Valley.

In celebration of our Silver Anniversary we have rebranded. This marks the new phase in our companys developments and will provide a fresher more modern platform for service delivery in the future. It reflects our dedication to our customers, our local market and our bespoke service.

Owned by Andrew Coulson he is directly involved with the day to day running of the business and carries out personally all valuations and the majority of accompanied viewings, supported by three other members of staff; Ailsa Mather Director & Relocation Manager, Claire Forster Senior Property Consultant and Joanna Ridley Administrator.
