Established in 1836, we are one of the oldest UK independents menswear stores with well over 175 years of continuous trading behind us. Along side designer menswear brands such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss, Gant, Paul Smith and Belstaff, we also offer made to measure tailoring and formal hire wear.

The great-great grandfather of Edward Pritchard, the present owner, first opened the doors of the Hereford store in 1836 and together with his sons, began building an enviable reputation as the leading county tailors. Pritchard & Sons ltd still remains a family business, run with the same values and passion as it did when the original Mr Pritchard founded it all those years ago.

Situated in the heart of Hereford, the store is set across three floors and welcomes discerning customers from across the globe. With a shop front that wouldn’t look amiss on Bond Street of London, The store has featured in Architects’ Journal and has won numerous awards for store design and window display competitions through the years.
