The clinic offers a range of Main Stream and Complementary Therapies to help people get the best out of their lives, and includes both physical and mental wellbeing.
We offer; The Alexander Technique and CranioSacral Therapy, Physiotherapy, Acupuncture, Podiatry, Counselling and Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy and Personal Performance Coaching. Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates classes are held in the purpose built studio.
All Therapists who work at the clinic are qualified to the highest standard and are passionate about their speciality.
