At Dreams Come True we give children and young people with serious and life-limiting conditions the chance to fulfill a dreams. We help families to plan, and create amazing experiences and memories to share and treasure forever.
We are the only UK charity to provide dreams for ages 2 to 21 and we stop at nothing to make sure the dreams of our children and young people are fulfilled. A dream can be anything from swimming with dolphins or meeting a favourite celebrity to bespoke equipment that improves daily life.
Over the last 25 years we have realised more than 5,000 dreams. More than 40,000 children access palliative care in the UK each year and it is our passion to reach as many of them as possible.
