The Sara Lee Trust was set up in memory of Sara Lee who died aged 32 from cancer. It was Sara’s vision as a result of using complementary therapies during her two year battle with cancer, that a Trust be set up, to provide therapies free of charge, to people in Hastings and Rother, living through cancer and other serious illness.
Sara’s parents with the support of her friends carried out her wish and the Trust is continuing to keep that vision alive.
The Trust is the dedicated provider of end of life counselling and complementary therapy services to patients of St Michael’s Hospice in St Leonards-on-Sea and the Rye, Winchelsea and District Memorial Hospital.
