Our employed and professionally trained engineers will give you the best and honest advice based on your circumstances ensuring your needs are exceeded. We will deliver a competitive and detailed quote within 48 hours of the appointment. Upon acceptance of your quote, a date will be mutually agreed on the same day, giving you confidence that your job is in hand.

Our engineers will arrive at your house on the time and date agreed, in a clean sign written van and wearing company uniform. The engineer will talk you through the schedule and process of the works, to ensure as little disruption as possible to your day to day life. All surfaces within the work area will be protected, creating a safe and clean work area. All work will be carried out to the highest standards (guaranteed), by qualified staff members. Upon completion, our engineer will run you through a full explanation and demonstration of the works making sure your house is left clean and tidy.

You will receive a 12 month guarantee for all works completed and any warranties/certification will be registered for you. In the unlikely event a problem should arise you will receive a swift response to resolve your matter.
