The Barton Homes Group is a family run business with 35 years’ experience of managing high quality residential and holiday park homes to buy and let. Our parks across the country are well run and carefully maintained havens of peace, convenience and security providing a sense of community and comfort for like minded retired and semi-retired clients.

All our homes are luxuriously furnished and situated on picturesque, well-maintained parks in desirable, tranquil locations often with stunning panoramic views from your very own garden, patio, decking or veranda.

Each park has excellent transport links to important conveniences and local amenities. Bus stops can be found close to all our park entrances and our friendly staff and resident Park Managers are always on hand to ensure you have everything you need.

The transition from your old home to a new park home could not be easier with our ever so simple and efficient Home Exchange Scheme.

All homes are protected under the Gold Shield Ten Year Warranty. They also come fully furnished and connected to all utilities with many features included as standard. Other optional extras available are by arrangement but if our show homes don’t quite suit your needs we also offer the option to Design Your Own Home with the help of our Park Home Team and long standing relationships with high quality local suppliers.
