Core-Beat is a rhythmical idea by Filomena Ianni and aims to promote and facilitate drumming, rhythm and musical expression (including movement and dance) not only based on local traditions and from all over the world but also on spontaneous creation and improvisation.
I believe this has profound effects on our health, equilibrium and well being and a is powerful channel for communication, growth and change both for individuals and for communities.

Core-Beat is a branch of Full Circle Therapeutic Pathways. This brings together a background and experience in Health Services, therapeutic work and body/movement psychotherapy, with rhythm and group facilitation skills.

Activities may also involve collaborations with other facilitators, musicians and artists for larger projects especially if based on multiple forms of expression (arts, singing, dancing, specific styles of drumming).
