We are in the fortunate position to be able to offer a wide selection of service elements ranging from the supply of standard and special tools, through the manufacturing and regrinding of tools and onto the provision of a customised single source supply system. We provide technical support and problem solutions and we can organise and manage all tooling tests.

ABT’s closeness to the market allows for the clear identification and anticipation of our customers’ current and future needs. We strive to remove the day-to-day headaches of managing the cutting tool requirements for our customers. Stock-taking, ordering, stocking and tracking are just some of the areas where the responsibility is transferred from the customer to the supplier and all with built-in controls.

Our customers are, of course, interested in how their suppliers can cut their costs and improve their productivity and we have a track record of achieving just that. The reduction in our customers’ costs and the improvement of productivity is achieved by an identification of each customer’s unique requirements and the development of a solution to meet those requirements precisely with the application of “best in class” products from our Global partners.

At the core of most of ABT’s single source supply accounts is the Supply-pro vending machine system. This facility offers a secure, electronically locked tool storage cabinet that can establish 24-hour control over binned items. Its functions include the recording of issued and returned tools, the identification of re-order items and quantities and the provision for multi-vendor security as well as the option for add-on units. It also facilitates single monthly invoicing.
