Many people who come to see me have struggled for years with their problems,trying many different ways but to no avail, seeing counsellors/therapists who only focus on their past and why they have this problem.

I have 20 years experience in helping people change their life by focusing on the solution and getting you to where you want to be.

A session lasts around 90 minutes as I believe in taking as much time as needed to ensure the most effective outcome.

I am based in Moss Street, Paisley only 2 minutes from Gilmour Street Station with ample car parking nearby.

I trained with the prestigious London College of Clinical Hypnosis and I am a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. I am trained by Dr Richard Bandler and Dr John Grinder the co-founders and co- developers in NLP. I am the only Licensed Practitioner in Hypno-Band virtual Gastric Band Therapy for Renfrewshire, I have demonstrated hypnosis techniques and taught Self Hypnosis to the general public in hospitals and colleges around the country.
