Pro-Life Fitness Centre is Renfrewshire's leading independent fitness facility. We opened our doors in June 1990 and haven't looked back since. Owner, Alex Whelan, 7 time body building champion, has developed what was once a small gym in Paisley's Espedair Street into the state of the art health and fitness centre it is today. With a long list of members that have been inspired to achieve their goals through the service we provide, we are looking forward to the fututre and putting Paisley back on the map.
