Ludo's Story
I began my life changing journey in 2010, after my career as a professional footballer ended. I started to study the principals behind primal health. It was from here that I made the decision to adopt a Primal Lifestyle. By reconnecting to basic human values through improved nutrition, mindfulness and natural movement I have become healthier, stronger, more confident and more productive.
Experiencing first hand the benefits of Primal Wellness has given me the motivation to open the UK’s first ever Primal Wellness Centre. As a qualified Primal Health Coach, Movenat Level 2 Coach and a Paleo nutrition expert, I have hand-picked expert health and fitness professionals including doctors, physiotherapists, dieticians and fitness coaches to work alongside me.
We look forward to introducing you to Primal Wellness through our classes, workshops and activities, and working with you and your colleagues.
