The Legacy Hub is a new and improved community centre developed by the community for the community. A central HUB that aspires to meet the needs, wants and demands of an ever changing and diverse community is situated at the rear of the Commonwealth Arena and Sir Chris Hoy Veledrome. The HUB provides essential everyday services to community residents including, but not limited to a Pharmacy, a Dental Surgery, a Doctor surgery, a Café and; a Nursery.
The People’s Development Trust has been established in response to the ongoing regeneration activity that is being undertaken within the East End of Glasgow. The formation of the People’s Development Trust has grown out of the commitment and interest by the local people in the Dalmarnock community to create a vehicle that will ensure that the maximum benefit for the area is achieved through the planned regeneration activity.
Designed as a vehicle for ensuring that sustainable economic and social benefit is achieved from the significant programmes of regeneration being undertaken in the area.
