Metricell was founded in 2007 by experts in the fields of GSM and mobile technology. Today, we focus on five key business areas: Customer Experience Management, Business Insight, Service Quality Management, Test & Measurement and Network Merging & Sharing.
Our key focus is to meet the expanding needs of wireless network operators to improve the commercial performance of their organisations. In today's market, much of this depends on how they build and maintain communication channels between themselves and their subscribers alongside how they gain intelligence about the current state of their operations.
