General information
Hello from owners Ben & Sally Sullivan. After ten years of working in an office and dreaming of starting our own food business, a shop in Exminster came up for sale and we thought we would take the plunge. The Ginger Cat Deli was born on 1st July 2015!
Our passion is home baking. From pasties, pies and sausage rolls to our famous scotch eggs, cakes and traybakes – the list goes on and we are increasing our range all the time.
We have built a shop filled with beautiful and interesting goodies with our focus being Westcountry producers and suppliers. We also sell everyday essentials and use this excellent produce in our homemade food – milk, yogurt & cream from Ashclyst Dairy (Killerton), free range eggs from Exe Valley Eggs (Tiverton), bread delivered fresh each morning from Ryders Bakery (Kenn), free range sausages and bacon from The Wholesome Hog (Dawlish).
