Based in Exeter, Devon we are an NHS service and open to anyone living in Exeter, East or Mid Devon who would like support in relation to work.
Part of Devon Partnership NHS Trust (www.devonpartnership.nhs.uk), we are a Centre for Mental Health 'Centre of Excellence' in the delivery of the internationally recognised Individual Placement & Support (IPS) approach towards helping people experiencing mental ill health to find work. We also provide a job retention service for people in employment.
Workways also runs the UK-wide MINDFUL EMPLOYER initiative (www.mindfulemployer.net) which provides employers with easier access to information and support and we provide mental health awareness training.
