Exeter Property is a family business run by Ken & Ruth Blackburn since 1987, their daughter Hannah joined the company in April 2011. With 25 years’ experience of lettings in the Exeter area Ken & Ruth offer a great deal of knowledge for both landlords and tenants. Hannah brings 5 years’ experience of facility management to the business . We have a proactive and effective approach to managing properties and take a great deal of care and professionalism over each and every property and tenant. With the small team at Exeter Property you can be sure that we will know both yourself and your property personally whether you be one of our 300+ tenants or landlords. Our reputation ensures that a large proportion of our business comes from recommendations and we frequently see tenants returning to us and landlords asking us to manage multiple properties.

We are members of the National Approved Letting Scheme which is an independent licensing scheme for letting and management agents and The Property Ombudsman. Our deposits are registered with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
