Kan Move are an established local estate agency, based in Spennymoor and founded by Denise Banner,who after working almost 30 years for high street estate agents decided to create an agency with a more personal practical and friendly approach to customers who require help and assistance buying and selling their home.

Denise has worked with High Street Corporate Estate Agencies and property Management Companies across Durham. In 2013 she decided it was time for a local agent who recognised the that moving home is one of the most stressful things in today's hectic modern life. Kan Move place your care during this time as their first priority.
