A warm welcome from William and Veronica...

Built in the 15th Century, with 'modern' extensions carried out in the late 1650's, Home Farm is steeped in the history and architectural traditions of the English Cotswolds... with free secure parking and free broadband Wi-Fi in every suite!

It's also our home... and we would like to extend the warmest welcome to both self-catering and bed & breakfast guests from around the world. We'd like to make our home, your home away from home in the Cotswolds.

In the heart of rural England, surrounded by the most beautiful countryside and picturesque villages, Home Farm House and Cottages are within a stone's throw of many historical, leisure and natural places of interest and is ideally situated to tour this lovely area. Chipping Campden, with its famous High Street is two miles away and the home of Shakespeare, Stratford-upon-Avon, is within 15 minutes drive. Ebrington also has an award winning pub (The Ebrington Arms), and many other restaurants and pubs close by, including the world renown Pudding Club at Mickleton.

With five comfortable suites in the main house and a genuine family welcome from your hosts, Home Farm Guesthouse caters for every taste and is a delightful stop over on a tour of the UK.

Dusty's Stable (sleeps 2 adults)

With stunning views across open countryside, Dusty's Stable has stone floors with scatter rugs, fully carpeted bedroom and stairs, and is equipped with linen and towels.

The Stable has one double bedroom and large shower room over a sitting room and kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, cooker, hob and microwave oven. The views are from French windows across a small self contained terrace facing south.

Well furnished and extremely popular with couples looking for a romantic escape, the Stable is equipped with dining table, television with an integrated DVD player, a comfortable two-seater settee and easy chairs. All electricity and heating, WiFi and secure parking is included in the price.

Both Dusty's Stable and The Granary share the washing machine, drier, ironing facilities and central heating controls in the Tack room... accessed by inter-connecting doors that can be locked from either side.

The two properties are within the curtilage of our bed and breakfast guesthouse, in the heart of Ebrington.

The Granary self-catering (sleeps 4)

Lovely views across open countryside to the south west complement traditional stone floors, fully carpeted bedrooms and stairs with two en-suite bedrooms, one of which has a bath and shower.

The well furnished sitting room with two double-seater settees, dining table and chairs, have French doors leading out to a large decked terrace facing due west.

A log burning stove in the Cotswold Stone fireplace is an extra comfort for those chilly nights in front of the television with integrated DVD or on-line via our free Wi-Fi broadband.

The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with crockery, cutlery, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and conventional electric oven. All electricity and heating costs are included in the tariff, as is your secure parking.

The Granary and Dusty's Stable share a washing machine, drier, ironing facilities and central heating controls in the Tack room... accessed by inter-connecting doors that can be locked from either side.

Homefarm Cottage (sleeps 6)

Built in the late 1600's, this delightful Cotswold stone detached cottage is somewhere to relax in front of a large open fire in the perfect peaceful Cotswolds retreat.

The front door opens straight into an attractive dining room, leading into the period furnished sitting room with its wealth of traditional features; exposed oak beams and a splendid inglenook fireplace, quaint log store, oak wall cupboard and stone mullion windows with a cosy window seat.

The kitchen, with its bright red Rayburn which runs all of the central heating, is superbly equipped with a gas cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer... and a scullery with WC.

The first floor accommodation consists of a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and bathroom with a shower over the bath.
All three rooms have views of the adjoining Home Farm and the cottage's small garden which is safely enclosed within stone walls and boasts a patio area with garden table and chairs.

Additional features of this delightful property include free secure parking, free Wi-Fi, a payphone and colour TV with integrated DVD.

Gilberts at Home Farm (sleeps 2 adults)

The latest of our conversions, Gilberts is a light, airy, holiday cottage built for two!

This delightful character conversion has one generous double bedroom with DVD TV, a cosy sitting room/lounge with TV and Stereo and a fully equipped open plan kitchen diner with traditional oven, microwave and dishwasher. Towels and linen are included in the tariff.

All on the ground floor, Gilbert's is accessed by three small steps or, with a little advance notice, a wheelchair ramp, making it ideal for guests with limited mobility. The well appointed bathroom and toilet is also a walk in wet room.

Centrally heated throughout, Gilberts is a no smoking cottage with free secure car parking and Wifi, but is not suitable for pets or children.

Outside space at Gilberts is limited to a small, furnished, private patio... but with the stunning Cotswold's countryside all around, that's not really a drawback!

Self catering

Check in time is between 4pm and 6pm, with departure usually by 10am on last morning unless varied by prior arrangement. Unless arranged in advance, the number of guests must not exceed the stated occupancy.

Because tariffs are dependent on season and affected by the number of occupants, for all of our self catering accommodation; Dusty's Stable, The Granary, The Cottage and Gilberts please call Veronica or email Homefarm Guesthouse with your intended dates and we will prepare you a personalised quote, without obligation!

Bed and Breakfast

A deposit of £25 will be requested at time of booking.
Check in time is from 4pm - 6pm, unless by prior arrangement. Single occupancy in twin-bedded rooms: £65 per night. All of our prices include full Farmhouse breakfast.

The Meadow Suite: £90 per night (3-night special £85 per night)
Honey Furlong Suite: £90 per night for 2 sharing (3-night special £85 per night), three people sharing; £130 per night (3-night special £125 per night). Should accommodation for a fourth person be required we can provide a J bed at a charge of £35 extra per night.
Paddock Suite & Shuttlegutter Suite: £80 per night (3-night special £75 per night)
Stalls Suite: £85 per night (3-night special £80 per night)

Cancellations and restrictions

For cancellation within 48 hours of arrival date a charge will be made for the first night. Sorry, no infants or children under 10 years, no pets and no smoking.

Methods of payment

Cheques made payable to Veronica Stanley, and sent to Home Farm, Ebrington, Near Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire, GL55 6NL. We also accept most major debit or credit cards.
