Jane Hopwood of Avalon Holistic Health has been specialising in massage and reflexology since 2008 and trained in ITEC qualifications at the highly professional college – Malvern School of Complementary Therapies.

Jane is nationally certified and regulated by the Complementary Therapist Association (CThA) and by the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). This means that I follow a strict code of practice.

I am trained holistically to treat the individual as a whole, on all levels – mind, body and spirit.

I am very professional in my approach to ensure that all my clients receive the best treatment I can give - whether it’s a one-off treatment or a return for regular treatments. Massage may be remedial for muscular problems or calming for the mind – or both. Reflexology is aimed to treat ailments and the body as a whole. I am now able to offer EFT (Tapping), the Emotional Freedom Technique - please ask for more details.

I am totally dedicated to make sure my clients receive the appropriate treatment for them. A free consultation is taken before the first treatment so the treatment can be tailored to suit the client's needs. Notes are kept of every treatment to allow for continuation of treatment.

My massages endeavour to alleviate muscular aches, pains and strains and increase the range of joint mobility and at the same time relieve the symptoms of stress and anxiety.

I am also professionally trained in reflexology and hopi ear candling because of the wide benefits and relief these therapies can bring.
