Cornerstone (East Anglia) Ltd was founded in 2004 to provide our clients with a quality service and positive long-term solutions across our entire range of products and services.

Our specialist services our concentrated within the energy efficiency improvement market sector, including and not limited to external wall insulation, hard to treat cavity wall insulation and loft insulation. Our expertise extends to include all area of facades and anti-crack renders, including through coloured spray renders. We still have a strong presence within the concrete repair sector and have a wealth and knowledge of all aspects of our services within our experienced and dedicated team. At Cornerstone we believe in a modern approach towards contracting, with the emphasis on building a long term relationship with our clients. The company values upheld ensure we are constantly striving forwards to provide a constant high level of quality service throughout all aspects our services and business as a whole.

As a company we pride ourselves on being amongst the market leaders within the external wall insulation market. Our experienced team of direct employed installers and Managers has allowed us to progress and grow within the sector, whilst ensuring our high level of service has not been compromised. We have built strong relationships with the major energy companies allowing us to receive direct funding for all aspects of energy efficiency improvements within the Green Deal & ECO initiatives that have recently replaced CESP & CERT funding.

Cornerstone are 100% compliant with PAS 2030 ensuring we are able to provide a full installation and funding service for our clients under the new Green Deal & ECO energy efficiency initiatives. The Company as a whole work for a diverse range of organisations within both the public and private sectors, with works undertaken in both new build and refurbishment schemes.

Predominately our expertise is within the refurbishment sector working for Local Authorities, Social Housing Providers, private landlords and individual private residents alike. Our capability to secure direct funding for insulation improvements works allows the company to provide a broad spectrum of services to all, ensuring funding levels are amongst the highest available.
