Established in 1990, Justin and Michele Davies opened their first office in Trowbridge, intent on providing a top quality personal service coupled with a highly active selling approach. This successful formula has led to the expansion of the company, making Davies & Davies the largest independent Estate Agency in West Wiltshire with offices in Bradford on Avon, Westbury, two offices in Trowbridge and an associate office in London. Our Lettings office handles over 750 properties for local and overseas landlords, from Frome to Chippenham and Melksham to Bath and are one of the largest lettings and property management agents in the area. Our prominent high street office is staffed by 14 specialist lettings negotiators who are dedicated to letting clients’ properties for their highest possible rent in the shortest possible time. We manage properties in all price ranges with equal diligence and careful attention. Davies & Davies Lettings office is a member of ARLA.

We have a specialist New Homes Department to deal with new developments of all sizes in Bath and Wiltshire. Experienced advisors can help with all stages of development, from land purchase and planning to marketing and sale of completed properties.
