Rosie Davies runs professional residential cookery courses, with maximum of five to a class, which ensures one-to-one cookery tuition. Her courses are designed as vocational training for people who want to cook for a living, most often on yachts in the Mediterranean and Caribbean, or as chalet chefs in the Alps, but anyone with a passion for food and who wants to improve their cooking skills is welcome.
