4 Deercroft is a privately owned holiday lodge, situated within a quiet wooded area of the Hunter's Quay Holiday Village, near Dunoon in Argyll. The lodge is open all year and is equipped to a very high standard and has been awarded 3 stars by VisitScotland and awarded TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2017.

There is one double and one twin bedroom, both rooms equipped with tv's with dvd players, accommodating up to four people. Children are welcome and a travel cot can be provided if required. The lounge/dining area has a dining table and 4 chairs, a three piece leather suite, a 43" flat screen TV, BluRay/dvd player, a stereo/entertainment system and a IPhone/Ipod/ android docking/charging station. A selection of DVDs and CDs are available for guests' use. Free Wifi is also available.

The recently refurbished and fully tiled bathroom has a walk-in shower, shaver socket and heated towel rail, while the fully fitted kitchen is equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine, tumble dryer are also installed.. There is a covered deck with artificial grass and a table and chairs for outdoor dining, with adjacent parking for two cars. Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. A babysitting service is available upon request. The owners live on site and are available to assist you in any way during your stay.

The Hunter's Quay Holiday Village has a well-stocked licensed shop, leisure centre, two pools, spa, fitness centre,bar and restaurant and both indoor and outdoor play areas for children. All of the above amenities are available for use by our guests on payment of current charges.

Dunoon is an excellent centre for all outdoor activities and is the gateway to the Argyll Forest Park. Benmore Botanical Gardens is three miles away and there are numerous picturesque walks and cycle paths. The Holy Loch Marina is nearby. Golf enthusiasts are well catered for with one 18 hole course in Dunoon and 9 hole courses in Blairmore and Innellan. Dunoon also makes an excellent base for touring the Western Highlands and the Islands of Bute and Arran.

The paddle steamer 'Waverley' operates daily cruises throughout the summer months on the Firth of Clyde and surrounding lochs. Dunoon has a waterfront leisure centre with two swimming pools, spa and health and fitness suites. Castle House Museum in the Castle Gardens is also well worth a visit. There is an outdoor market at the Dunoon Pier car park every Wednesday.
