CGM Ltd is an established family business founded by farmer's son Tim Glover in 1985. Working alone at first, Tim began mowing local churchyards for Parish Councils. As the business took off, Tim expanded his client base and was joined by a member of staff who is still employed by CGM today.

Fours years later, Tim was joined in the business by his wife Julie who is now the Company Secretary. After winning their first contract with a local authority in 1989, the company developed quickly and continued with further investment into machinery and staff development. This contract still stands today and has been with the company continuously since 1989.

Today CGM employs approximately 210 members of staff and holds a wide range of contracts across Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas. CGM customers include government bodies, local authorities, highway agencies together with industrial premises, hotels and private domestic clients.

To this day, Tim and Julie work alongside department managers to ensure the success and development of CGM.
