Reporting a Repair

Call our Repairs Hotline on 0800 652 8104 and speak to a dedicated repairs assistant (during office hours) or with a repairs assistant at Hanover (outside office hours).

Any problems with your gas fired heating system should be reported to Dalex Systems Ltd on 0800 038 5599*. (24 hours)

If you smell gas in your home, phone Transco straight away for help and advice on 0800 111 999*

If you have a power cut call Scottish Power on 0800 092 9290 from a landline or 0330 1010 222 from a mobile.
