Well beans is a partnership providing holistic complementary therapies based around the principle that everyone is unique and deserves full attention to achieve their full health potential. The Bowen Fascial Release Technique, Reflexology, Bach remedies, Reiki, Hopi ear candling, Indian head massage, one-to-one weight management and seated acupressure massage are available. What is the Bowen Fascial Release Technique?
A holistic, hands-on, non-manipulative therapy that encourages the body to heal, realign and relax. The therapist uses their fingers and thumbs in precise areas to gently move your muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia. These light movements aim to stimulate energy flow, improve circulation, enhance the body's natural healing processes to restore balance, release tension and increase mobility.

It has been shown to be of benefit in easing the symptoms of many conditions, including: joint pains/other aches and pains in the neck, back, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles, nerve-type pains including sciatica, migraine & headaches, whiplash & sports injuries, problems with posture and body alignment, respiratory conditions such as hayfever and asthma, digestive problems, emotional stress, where relaxation is a prime factor in easing pain and anxiety.
