Hidden within the spectacular countryside of North Yorkshire, north of York, lie the stables of one of Britain's most famous racehorse trainers.

For over half a century, Mick Easterby has trained champion racehorses from his yard at Sheriff Hutton. Famous winners include Mrs McArdy (1000 Guineas), Wiganthorpe (Gimcrack Stakes), Lochnager (Champion sprinter), Gentleman's Deal (Winter Derby) and most recently Hoof It (Stewards Cup).

All of the horses trained here at Mick Easterby Racing are treated as individuals. Racehorses have different training needs which must be satisfied in order to get the best out of them.
