At Tea & Empathy we provide resources and one-to-one support to introverted leaders and entrepreneurs to help them fully understand their introverted preferences and how to use them to their advantage. We reassure and give practical tools to deal with overwhelm, procrastination, self doubt and the pressure to conform to more extraverted expectations.
The founder, Rachel Anderson, is a successful businesswoman, mum to 3 daughters, qualified coach and social introvert. As an ex-forester (yes, she used to grow trees before she realised she preferred growing people!), she often draws on the natural world for powerful metaphors for how we can grow, thrive and fulfil our potential.
