Formed in 1995 by Brendan Cox and Gary Brook, Waterfords is an independent, award winning, premium local agent, trusted for our reliability and recognised for providing outstanding customer service.

Our network of offices includes six Sales and Lettings branches, plus a dedicated Land & New Homes division covering the Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire borders, the M3 and M25 corridor and eastward towards London. These branches work closely with The Mayfair Office and network of affiliated brands throughout the UK.
