General information

Percy Salazar Diaz is Managing Director of PSD Ice Art. He is also its sculptor. Well-renowned in his craft Percy is a self-taught, highly sought after ice artist who started his career in ice when he was a chef at the London Savoy hotel. He then moved on to work for a company specialising in ice cubes and sculptures where he was able to gain more commercial experience in his chosen trade.

In early 2005 he decided that he wanted to 'go it alone' and so in May of that year PSD Ice Art was formed. Since then Percy has worked in close association with Eskimo Ice creating stunning sculptures for all types of events from landmark birthday parties to film premiers, Royal occasions and advertising support for many large well-known companies.

In early 2008 the Deluxe or 'Posh Ice' range was developed. These are a range of cubes, balls, rocks and logo cubes individually carved and made especially to order. They have proved to be highly successful especially in the top end of the market with regular orders coming in from The Langham, Savoy and the Oxo Tower to name just a few.
