Nestled in the peaceful grounds of St John's Church, Copthorne, what better place to hold your event?

Copthorne Parish Hub has total flexibility in regard to the type of facilities and hire accommodation you might be looking for as a local business, government/training body or individual.

WEDDINGS/PARTIES/SPECIAL EVENTS - We can accommodate events of up to 95 guests (seated at tables, additional without tables and space will need to be made fro a dancefloor). With a list or preferred suppliers available to our Hirers to facilitate catering and bar hire. Why not hire the South Room in addition to the Main Hall so that you have extra space to entertain children, store gifts or use as changing facilities? Our team will be able to advise on the best table layouts to use and how to best utilise the space.

CORPORATE/TRAINING - Need space to facilitate meetings in a professional environment? Contact us about the South Room which can seat up to 40 people (theatre style) and has a full Audio Visual system with electronic Projector Screen. Corporate breakfasts, lunches and afternoon tea can be pre-arranged. Speak to Kate who can advise on the best layouts from the room.

CLUBS/GROUPS- Do you need space to practise or teach your particular interest? Need somewhere to hold your AGM? Contact us for availability of our modern facility...

HOLIDAY CLUBS - Need somewhere to run this type of activity? Contact us to check availability during school holidays.

- Small kitchen on the First Floor
- Full disabled access including a lift
- Hearing Loop available in the Main Hall
- Full Audio/Visual facilities in both function rooms which includes projectors and electronic screens
- Catering services can be pre-arranged

Please note that stilettos are not to be worn in the Main Hall, you might like to advise guests prior to holding your event at our venue? A limited number of heel protectors are available on site.

If you wish to book inflatables or bouncy castles we only allow our preferred supplier to the Hub. Ask for details.
