Yorkston Guest House is an elegant Victorian town house (circa 1868), It offers guests a unique and envious location in the west end of St. Andrews. The guest house is in Argyle Street, a short stroll to the historic west port, main shopping area, restaurants and café bars.
Owned and personally run by the same family for 60 years, with a wealth of experience in providing hospitality and local knowledge you will be assured of a comfortable stay with lots of little home comforts. Each room has been individually designed and thoughtfully equipped with Samsung flat screen TV, hospitality tray, fluffy bathrobes, iPod dock / radio and luxury Scottish fine soap toiletries. Of course Wi-Fi is complementary and is available throughout the property.
The highlight of your stay is completed with our traditional cooked breakfast and buffet selection (served between 8am and 9am in our attractive breakfast room). We are delighted that our breakfast has recently been awarded a ‘Taste Our Best’ award by Visit Scotland, in recognition of our commitment to show case the very best locally produced and sourced produce.
Our large sunny lounge, with its ornate original cornicing, is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day golfing or exploring the many attractions that are on offer in and around St. Andrews.
