Inspirative Arts was created to answer these kinds of questions. How can we help you?

We offer people of all ages and abilities a fun and meaningful way to improve their quality of life. Our workshops support people to create, explore and grow through the creative process of art, drama, dance, movement and music, using Creative Expressive Therapies.

The workshops are appropriate to people of all ages, abilities and needs. No two people are the same – so you’ll find that every Inspirative Arts workshop is unique. What always stays the same is that we work in a person-centred way, providing a safe, respectful and supportive space. See what people say about our workshops

We have noticed that other organisations are using the same language as us, such as ‘Creative Therapies’ and ‘Therapeutic Arts’.

We are Derby’s original organisation to offer Creative Expressive Therapies, our staff have studied and understand the physiology of creative therapies.
