General information

Real Lettings is a not-for-profit social lettings agency set up in 2005 by the London homelessness charity Broadway. We give individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness the opportunity to secure quality and affordable accommodation in the private rented sector.

We achieve this by sourcing properties from private landlords and leasing them on long contracts. We then sub-let these properties to our tenants on renewable 12 month Assured Shorthold Tenancies.

We provide our landlords with a comprehensive leasing service that includes;

- Guaranteed monthly rent
- Full property management
- The assurance that the property will be returned at the end of the lease in the same condition that we took it in.

We give all our tenants support to help them settle in their new home and maintain their tenancy.

Real Lettings differs from other letting agencies because we are a ‘not-for profit’ social enterprise. We’re not motivated by money. At Real Lettings our priority is people.
