All our Biltong is cut and flavoured to order so it will always be fresh. #
We aim for a medium dry every time and quite lean. Biltong south only use locally sourced 100% british silverside to make all our Products.
We use a special blend of spices and added our own twist on how we make our Lekker Biltong and other mouth watering products.
We are based in Fareham and love to make Biltong. All our Biltong is prepped and marinated by hand and air dried to perfection.
We have the biggest selection of flavours available for sliced biltong any ware in the UK. And some of the best. Possibly some flavours are only available here!
We offer Biltong, Droewors, Boerewors, Chilli Stix (Snap Sticks), Meltarts, Fudge. All hand made and packaged by Biltongsouth
