We provide a comprehensive activities programme which includes daily sessions and are happy to discuss any social needs that may be required.

You will be supported by friendly, experienced and professional staff who are highly trained in all aspects of care. Staff are qualified in all levels of NVQ and receive specialised Dementia care training along with regular updates. Although as a home we specialise in dementia care we are fully able and equipped to meet a multitude of care needs.

Our recruitment process is rigorous and we are very careful to ensure only the very best staff are selected. We only employ staff with a firm commitment to exceptional care to ensure we meet client and compliance needs.

The manager is highly experienced and qualified in Leadership and Management NVQ Level 4 ensuring we meet the needs for regulatory compliance.

Our menus are comprehensive with various choices offered, we source local produce and supplies to ensure all resident’s receive nutritious meals. Home made cakes, puddings and biscuits are prepared daily.

We encourage regular visits from family and friends and are willing to accommodate any needs that arise. Your opinion is important to us. Our residents and relatives hold a meeting where opinions are sought and decisions are made by those attending. We have regular social events to which relatives are invited, this gives the staff and relatives a chance to meet and communicate in a social setting.

We have an excellent CQC report and working relationship with the regulatory bodies to ensure we are compliant in all areas of care. We welcome discussions, take complaints seriously and act promptly to any issues raised. We feel that this, along with our open door policy allows for transparency in the service we provide.
