Manor House Farm is a family home and conservation award winning working farm set in the beautiful west Norfolk countryside. With both B&B rooms and a self contained holiday cottage the accommodation on offer is flexible and varied.

From freshly laid eggs and homemade jams at breakfast to thoughtful touches throughout, your hosts' priority is to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The homely interiors and abundance of rugs, art and objects collected during the family's travels around the world create an intriguing and inviting environment.

The elegant surroundings extend out into the four acres of stunning private gardens which form a lush oasis around the house. Usually only open once a year through the National Garden Scheme guests are able to enjoy the space in seclusion.

Manor House Farm is located close to Fakenham and is within half and hour of the wonderful North Norfolk coast. Fashionable towns and villages such as Burnham Market, Cley, Holt and Wells-Next-the-Sea are within easy reach and the medieval city of Norwich is just 45 minutes away. Holkham Hall, Houghton Hall, Pensorthpe Nature Reserve and the Royal Sandringham Estate are some of Norfolk's most popular attractions and are easily accessible from Wellingham.
