Make The Difference, In 3 Simple Steps...
One...Ask your Doctor to refer you to Reach for Health Centre. We are on High March in Daventry.
Two... You will be invited to attend a short medical at the Centre.
Three... Once Accepted you will be able to attend the Centre for an initial period of 12 weeks.
Continuing Health Care.
The care does not stop. Once you have completed your 12 week program we will offer you Full Membership to the Centre, so you can continue to benefit from our support.
The Reach Remedial Exercise Centre, founded in 1994, has an impressive record for not only improving fitness and general health; but also in generating a second to none fresh attitude to life.
Too young, too old, too infirm are phrases not accepted by our team of therapists. Exercise does help with your health.
