Our company is called ‘i2i financial planning group’ and this is to reflect the fact that we can offer advice ranging from Insurance to Investments (investments are referred to a 3rd party) and on a face-to-face basis.

We offer professional, expert and unbiased advice on mortgages and have access to the Legal & General Mortgage Club, where we can get Exclusive Mortgage deals not available on the High St. In addition we have access to a Panel of leading Protection providers.

We are based in Darlington and have advisers in the North East and the East of England, covering an area from Newcastle to Hull.

Our committed team of specialists believe that too many companies have moved away from providing a personal service that is both user friendly and convenient for customers. At i2i we aim to fill that void and give you personalised advice based on your circumstances and requirements.

Our team are happy to meet at a day, time and location convenient to you and these meetings are generally by prior appointment.

In fact, at i2i we currently have a combined financial services experience in excess of 300 years to offer you!

We may charge a fee of up to 1.5% of the loan amount for arranging your mortgage. The precise amount will depend on your circumstances, but a typical fee would be £295.

We offer an unrestricted range of first charge mortgages, but do not offer second charge lending or bridging finance.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
