For 25 years Niven Architects has established a reputation for providing a high quality professional architectural service based on our belief that good Architecture is derived from a continuing quest for quality and excellence in design and project management.

The Practice is committed to trying to exceed client's expectations by providing high quality architecture whilst working within realistic budgets and timetables. This has resulted in a client base ranging from private individuals through to major national and international organisations. The Practice is particularly proud of the fact that a large percentage of projects are repeat business from existing clients.

The continuing quest for quality in the Practice is underpinned by highly developed business and project management procedures and accreditation under ISO 9001.

Protecting the environment and sustainability are key tenets of our mission and we are currently working towards accreditation to ISO 14001, further improving our working practices and the energy performance of the buildings we create.

Project delivery is supported from inception to completion through the latest BIM software.The Practice is BIM compliant to Level 2 with some aspects of Level 3.
