We are Falkirk's longest established health club and pride ourselves in our commitment to our members.
Ship Shape first opened it's doors in January 1987. Back then it was called Omega Sportplex which was a family run business incorporated both the health club and Kobe Osaka Karate Club.
Throughout the 80's and early 90's Kenny was pursuing his bodybuilding career and attaining his goal of winning Mr Scotland which he achieved in 1992. Around the same time the Karate made way for the expanding health club and Kenny was solely in charge and changed the name to Ship Shape Fitness Studio. Ship Shape has seen many changes over the years with the most recent being introducing our free weight again including olympic bars, T-bar rower and kettle bells.
With over 30 years experience in the health club market in Falkirk, Kenny works closely with his manager Barry who has been a valuable member of the team for over 21 years since completing his sports science qualifications.
