Sportswise is a specialist private clinic for the treatment of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems. Our aim is to help you return to your sport, work, or life and leisure activities as safely and as quickly as possible.

We treat the full range of sporting injuries in sports people at all levels, from hobbyist to elite, and of all ages. We also offer treatment for all musculoskeletal problems, whether related to sport, occupation or everyday life.

Professor Nick Webborn, one of the UK’s foremost consultants in Sport and Exercise medicine, leads a clinical team of Consultants and Chartered Physiotherapists, together with a Nutritionist and Massage Therapist. All our clinicians are skilled and experienced in a range of specialist areas and we have the latest facilities and equipment necessary to deliver a service of the highest level.

Our approach is holistic and multidisciplinary – we will always make sure you see the best person to help solve your problem and aim to both treat your symptoms and determine why your problem is occurring and try to prevent it from recurring. Our state of the art facility offers onsite ultrasound imaging for diagnosis and image-guided injections for the most accurate injection placement.

You can refer yourself to us or be referred by your general practitioner, physiotherapist or consultant. We are recognised by all major health insurance companies but you don’t have to be insured to come to us.
