At the Sussex Movement Clinic we base our methods on sports science principles that focus on identifying the root causes of the problem.

Whilst providing an integrated holistic approach, we will analyse all options and offer you the best plan to achieve improved movement and performance.

Although we pull from a large variety of ideas to correct deviant movement patterns, the ethos we stand by ‘Move Safer, Move Better, Move Faster’ is at the forefront of identifying and resolving the specific needs of our clients.

We offer free consultation on your first visit, so you can discuss your requirements and goals.
During this first consultation, we will go through a number of physical movement tests to assess your posture, strength and flexibility.

Health, movement and performance are closely interrelated and require a holistic approach. So in addition to the postural and physical tests, we will look at your daily schedule, stress levels and nutritional requirements.

Finally, with this information we will discuss with you the different strategies available to help support you to improve movement and/or performance.
